As part of (2025) Klook x Mastercard World/World Elite Consumer Card Promotion, Klook will offer an all-day 10% sitewide offer and a monthly 15% sitewide offer (collectively "Promotions"). The actual amount and conduct of the Promotions may differ for each market at Klook’s sole discretion. Monthly sitewide codes would be released every 1st of the month at 00:00 GMT +8. The Promotions are valid from 1 April 2025 to 31 Dec 2025 (both dates inclusive) or until fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. Promotions are open to Klook users with an Applicable World or World Elite Mastercard Consumer Credit and Debit Card during the promotion period. Evergreen sitewide offer: Promotion code [MCGET10OFF] entitles users to 10% off sitewide, discount capped at US$15, with a minimum spend of US$150. Limited redemptions and limited bookings, based on first-come-first-serve basis. Each eligible cardholder can enjoy the discount up to 3 times in total during the promotion period, subject to availability. Once the utilization has reached the monthly limit cap, it would refresh again on the 1st of the following month. Monthly sitewide offer: Promotion code [Subject to monthly code] entitles users to 15% off sitewide, discount capped at US$10, with a minimum spend of US$50. Limited redemptions and limited bookings, based on first-come-first-serve basis. Each eligible cardholder can enjoy the discount 1 time during each monthly release during the promotion period, subject to availability. User is required to enter the Promotion Code when conducting the Offer transaction, before payment, during the booking process. The Promotions cannot be stacked together in one transaction. Please make separate transactions to enjoy multiple promotions. The Promotions are valid only for bookings made via Klook’s website and mobile app, excluding listings from and on third-party platforms. The Promotion is applicable only to valid World and World Elite Mastercard Consumer Credit and Debit cards issued in the following Asia Pacific regions, North Asia: Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam Pacific: Australia, New Zealand The Promotions do not apply to activities in the Non-Applicable Activity List, including flights, Klook Gift Cards etc, unless otherwise stated. The Promotions are limited and may differ in each market. The Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to validity period. Discount will be applied on the final price and displayed on the payment page if any of the Promotions are successfully applied. No discount will be given if any of the Promotions fail to apply. Prices listed may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable. The Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotional programmes, offers, discount cards, vouchers or VIP privileges, unless otherwise stated. Klook reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any services offered by Klook. You shall pay all applicable fees or charges, as described on Klook’s website and mobile app in connection with such services selected by you. Klook reserves the right to change its price list for fees or charges at any time, upon notice to you, which may be sent to you by email or posted on Klook’s website and mobile app. Your use (or continued use) of the services offered by Klook following such notification constitutes your acceptance of any new or revised fees or charges. Klook supports payment in different currencies and rates can be converted into different currencies for your convenience. Activity rates indicated in a certain currency are at a rate determined by Klook, estimated using market spot rates. Payment currency will be clearly indicated at time of payment. Depending on your payment method and bank, you may incur foreign transaction fees when making purchases in different currencies. Please contact your bank for more information. The Promotions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred or sold to third parties. Klook reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify any part of the Promotions (including but not limited to any amendment of these Terms and Conditions) at any time without prior notice. All decisions by Klook in conjunction with the Promotions, including but not limited to the offers, deals, terms of redemption and conduct, are final and binding and no discussions will be entered into or correspondences entertained in this regard. The Promotions may be subject to additional terms and conditions as specified by Klook in its sole discretion from time to time.
