The stylish jam factory was a former factory that was converted into a beautiful modern space. Located in a compound next to Klong San Pier on the other side of the Chao Phraya River, it houses a restaurant, bookshop, art gallery and home décor store around a lush open-air courtyard.

The factory also houses the star attractions, The Never Ending Summer and The Summer House Project – the former is a restaurant that serves up Thai dishes, while the latter serves European comfort food with a focus on seafood. It is a gorgeous space that I enjoy visiting and bringing my friends from overseas.

The home decor store curates a selection of Thai-designed furniture and other household items.

The connecting bookstore and cafe next to the picturesque Bodhi Tree and courtyard garden.

One can sit on the outside patio of the Summer House Project and enjoy a cocktail or two with a view of the sun setting on passing boats going up and down the Chao Phraya River.
