Situated near the famous Rizal Park, this simple and quaint recreational plaza is gradually stealing the limelight from the former.

Once upon a time, it was a municipal cemetery, before being turned into a central supply and ammunition depot, before finally becoming a recreational garden.

I like to chill here a lot compared to the touristy Rizal Park (no offense to our National Hero), simply because it is less crowded and you can have a more intimate time with someone special or just with the place.

This Baroque-style chapel is the highlight of the park.

People-watching is one of my favourite hobbies.

This is also a venue for wedding pictorials. Best wishes to the couple!

Anyone is allowed to walk (and pose, of course) on the top of the wall of niches.
