TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This offer is applicable at selected participating hotels in Makkah & Madinah for ALL members who are also UOB Mastercard cardholders ("Members").
To qualify for this offer, guests must book their stay at least three (3) days prior to arrival and complete payment using a UOB Mastercard (the "offer").
The offer is valid only for reservations made between 9 October 2025 and 12 February 2026, for stays occurring from 13 October 2025 to 15 February 2026 (all dates inclusive) (the "Promotion Period"), subject to hotel availability.
All reservations should be guaranteed with a valid UOB Mastercard.
The bookings made using this offer cannot be modified or cancelled and are nonrefundable.
To the extent permitted by law, Accor and/or the hotels reserve the right, to cancel a booking if the guest is not using a Mastercard and does not produce his/her ALL membership upon check-in, according to the name in the reservation.
This offer is subject to availability of allocated rooms in participating hotels and black-out dates.
General sales terms and conditions apply for reserved public rates specific to each participating hotel.
The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers and privileges, does not apply for groups and is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
This offer can be booked directly through ALL.com.
Stays booked through reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agent will not be eligible for this offer.
Bookings rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charges which must be borne by the Member.
For the avoidance of doubt, the list of participating hotels may be amended at any time during the Promotion Period by Accor at its absolute discretion.
Accor reserves the right to vary, terminate or otherwise amend this offer without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.
All decisions made by Accor, in respect to any matter relating to this offer shall be final and conclusive.
To the extent permitted under applicable law, Accor will not be responsible or liable for any consequences that any Member may suffer (including without limitation any damage, loss, injury or disappointment), or that result in an infringement of any law or regulation, by participating in this offer.
By participating in the offer, each Member agrees to comply with and be bound by these offer terms and conditions, Accor's conditions of use of website, Accor's Privacy Policy, and the ALL Accor programme terms and conditions.
By participating in the offer, each Member consents to the collection, use, disclosure and processing by Accor of any and all personal data that they submit, for the purposes indicated in Accor's privacy policy and for administering this offer.
These Terms and Conditions for the offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
