Orders must be made at least 3 working days in advance of the collection date. The last order must be placed by 28 February 2026. Once confirmed, orders cannot be amended, and collection or delivery dates are fixed. All confirmed orders are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Orders will be available for self-collection from 26 January to 03 March 2026. Collection is available at Man Fu Yuan, Frasers House, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Singapore, Level 2. Collection is available daily from 12pm to 3pm, or 5:30pm to 8pm. On 16 February 2026 (CNY Eve), collection will be available from 10am to 3pm only. Delivery service is available from 26 January to 03 March 2026, from 12pm to 3pm, or 5:30pm to 8pm. Delivery service on 16 February 2026 (CNY Eve) will be available from 10am to 3pm only. Complimentary delivery to one location is available for orders of S$600 nett and above. For orders below S$600 nett, a delivery charge of S$50 nett per location is applicable.
