Room offer terms and conditions

The offer is valid from 1 October 2025 till 31 December 2025.
Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
Stay period from 1 October 2025 to 31 December 2025 both date inclusive.
Rates are subject to prevailing Best Available Rates.
If cancelled or modified bookings in less than 3 days before the date of arrival, the full booking item amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Presentation of the UOB Card is required for verification process and payment must be made with UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single booking/receipt.
In the event if payment is not made with a UOB card, full amount will be chargeable (without discount).
All prices will be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its own terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs and member privilege cards.
