Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
Offer is limited to 1 redemption per customer, per visit throughout the promotion period.

Customer must present a valid ID or proof of their birthday to redeem the offer during their scheduled visit.
The offer can be redeemed only once during the birthday month and is not transferable.
Customer can redeem the first trial for Whitening Peel Treatment only once during the promotion period.
Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment must be done at least 24 hours prior to appointment time.
Beleco Clinic's services are available to both female and male customers aged 18 and above.
In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, Beleco Clinic's terms and conditions shall prevail.
All prices will be subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
