The offer is valid from 16 March 2026 to 31 March 2026, or once the cap of 250 redemptions has been reached, whichever comes first.
Payment must be made with a valid UOB Credit or Debit Card in a single receipt.
The offer is issued in the form of coupons, which can be grabbed under the Rewards+ tab in the TMRW app.
Coupons can be grabbed from 11:00AM, 16 March 2026 to 11:59PM, 31 March 2026 (Malaysian time, GMT+8).
Grabbed coupons are valid for redemption until 4:00PM, 31 July 2026 (Malaysian time, GMT+8).
To enjoy the offer, customers must send their enquiry via email to travelrewards.my@jtbap.com and indicate the grabbed promo code in the email.
JTB's consultant will acknowledge the enquiry and assist customers in coordinating travel needs and processing bookings via email.
For digital vouchers, payment will be processed through a secure credit card payment link. No physical visit to JTB's office is required.
Customers who require a physical voucher may make an appointment for final payment.
The travel voucher can only be redeemed for the following products booked through JTB Malaysia: a. Hotel reservations b. Flight tickets c. Japan customised tours
Offer is strictly first-come, first-served, while stocks last.
Offer is limited to one redemption per customer throughout the offer period.
Promo code validity is not extendable.
Redeemed coupons are no longer valid and cannot be reused.
Coupons are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash, products, or credit-in-kind unless stated otherwise.
Offer cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
All prices may be subject to service charges and prevailing government taxes.
In the event of any inconsistencies between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to this promotion, Japan Travel Bureau's terms and conditions shall prevail.
Debit card that is linked to Islamic current/savings account shall be subject to its own terms and conditions for the purchase of Shariah-compliant goods and services only.
Offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offer coupons, vouchers, loyalty programmes, or privilege cards.
